🐸 Amphibians (1)

Amphibians are vertebrates that can live both in water and on land; they have bare skin that needs to stay moist. This subcategory currently includes only the frog emoji, shown as a green frog. It's often used to express cuteness, hopping, transformation, or certain internet pop culture meanings. Though few in number, the frog emoji is frequently used in social media and daily chat, either to represent a real amphibian or to imply metaphors, puns, or a playful mood. Hopefully this category will expand to include more members like newts and toads in the future.
